A bit about myself: I was born and raised in Jersey City and spent my weekends and summers upstate New York in the coziest red cabin with pine paneling and a beautiful fireplace. There were endless adventures, fishing and the best hikes in the most idyllic setting one could ask for. I couldn’t wait to get into the car to come upstate where life was beautiful. Eventually I made the move to become a full-time resident of the Sullivan Catskills and have lived happily here for 24 years.
I have always had a love of homes and sketched out the ones I’d love to live in, they were always small and very cozy. I love to configure floor plans and, of course , the most important additions to the house were window boxes filled with beautiful flowers. Owning our own excavation business, I have the luxury of doing just that— turning my sketches into reality.
To date I have done six projects involving five homes and most recently my office, which included managing, coordinating and overseeing the entire process from start to finish. A project begins with vacant land and ends with a beautiful end result. Owning and managing an award winning excavation business for 17 years, I’ve worked with building departments, architects, engineers, and the most amazing team of skilled contractors that has resulted in the end product of a quality home. I’ve also volunteered my time on the Lumberland Zoning Board of Appeals which as helped me navigate town code and assist my clients on many levels.
As a good friend said to me, “All that you’ve done has led you here,” and she’s right. Having obtained my broker’s license, building and designing my own office and homes is just where I belong.
All of this and my constant exploration of the area is what I bring to the table for my clients in a unique and qualified way whether you’re a buyer or a seller. Let me put my experience to work for you.
